Established in 2005, Zhenda Bio-Tech Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in herbal GAP planting and herbal deep processing; plant extract R&D, manufacturing and sales. Our main products include Rutin, DAB Rutin, Quercetin and Momordica Grosvenori. Our headquarter and factory cover an area of 30,000 sqm. We also build China’s first Sophora japonica GAP cultivation base with 100,000 sqm, which can supply abundant fresh raw material without pollution. Our production capacity amounts to 600-800 tons per year. With strong R&D capacity, state-of –the-art production facilities, advanced testing method and perfect quality control system, we ensure our customers high quality products and services that meet their requirements, satisfying their needs and preferences.
Guilin Zhenda Bio-Tech Co., Ltd. was established in June 2005, the company headquarter locate in famous tourist resort-Guilin City, our manufactory base locate in Xicheng District of Guilin. Guilin Zhenda Bio-Tech Co., Ltd. mainly engage in herbal GAP planting and herbal deep processing; the green organic food planting and deep processing; plant extract manufacturing and sale. The total planning investment is about 25 millions USD, it will be separated in three phase to invest, the first phase is herbal/plant extract project, the amount of investment is 7.5 millions USD, the second phase is function food and health protection food, the estimate investment is about 7.5 millions USD, the third phase is medicine plant, the estimate investment is about 10 millions USD. After our first phase is accomplish, we won 30,000 square meters workshop and 12 pcs of GMP standard plant extract product-line, with reverse osmosis pure water treatment system, column chromatography separation equipment, preparation HPLC system, ultrafiltration and nanofiltration, microfiltration membrane separation equipment, effective spray drying system, freeze drying system, vacuum drying system, etc, and also include the facilities such as 100,000 mixed-purification kits workshop, fruit juice concentration workshop, plant extract international standard temperature control storage, - 18℃ freeze storage, - 40℃ ultra-low temperature freeze storage, boiler plant, sewage treatment plant, etc. We also build China’s first Sophora japonica GAP cultivation base with 100,000 sqm, which can supply abundant fresh raw material without pollution.
